Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a new theatre company. From 2014 to 2019, she served as artistic director for the Seoul Shakespeare Company. In addition to serving as the SSC's Artistic Director, Lauren Ash-Morgan also served in the capacities as producer costumes/set designers, composers/music directors and text coach. Though generally leading from within the group of actors, during her last year, she made her first appearance as a director (and Lighting Designer) for SSC's King Lear.
